blackout curtains convenient location room safe
i stayed in a standard king room. it included a television, desk, and mini-fridge. the room had blackout curtains. i could walk to the mall. the room also featured a safe for valuables.
The elevators were somewhat slow at peak times. This caused minor delays.

clean room excellent behavior amazing view
I appreciated the housekeeping team. Their attention to detail ensured the room was very super clean and cozy. The staff members, especially Fahim and Navin, displayed excellent behavior and were always approachable. My room offered an amazing view.
The selection of television channels was limited, and I missed having more options.

friendly staff excellent assistance clean room
the hotel staff displayed friendliness. akancha and samroon, the bell men, provided excellent assistance. i appreciated the clean room i occupied. the room had a well-kept appearance.
the highway interchange next to the hotel made accessing nearby shops difficult! it proved inconvenient.

the breakfast buffet had various options including sandwiches croissants pastries and fruits. a chef prepared omelets upon request. heartier dishes such as curry and pasta were also available. i found great value in the proximity to a mall and metro station, both very close to the hotel.
the staff was slow when i requested a pillow change. i asked four times throughout the day. i received it at 6pm after first asking at 9am.
